On January 26 and 27 there was an extraordinary gathering
of a portion of the Church of Lubbock. These pictures
tell part of the story.
Two hundred fifty people from six congregations gathered on
Friday evening for a fellowship meal at Church on the Rock.
The selection of food matched the diversity of this
congregation...wonderful!
The pastors of seven congregations and ministries were

.The pastors prayed a prayer of blessing over the members
of the congregations.
Those gathered prayed a blessing over their pastors.
Corporate worship was led by the worship team from
Ministerios Nueva Vida.
David Shelburne briefed the people regarding the
corporate prayer walk which was held the next day.
We gathered in 20 different congregationally mixed prayer
groups and prayed for our city, and our mission as the
Church of Lubbock.
Everyone enjoyed the fellowship after the prayer time
concluded.
